What does he look like?, I think I heard its shown in the second movie and the later episodes.

If I remember correctly, he was pretty much the saem physically, except his eyes glowed blood red, and he had like bluish streaks across his face, oh and I think his claws got a little longer.

Mentally, he becomes a berserker beyond the reach of logic.

Demon Inu-yasha that you are all talking about is not actually full demon at all. He was demon like, but not truely demon.
<SPOILERS>
spoiler[To explain this I will have to go back a bit. When Inu-yasha broke his tetsusaiga in his fight with Toukijin. He was transformed into a demon like form of himself for his father was a super powerful demon and the blood that he inherited from his father was too powerful to be controled by a half-breed with demon blood, knowing this his father gave him the tetsusaiga to control his greater demon-blood from overwhelming him,
but after it was broken it's binding power weaked. After that whenever Inu-yasha was over-whelmed by an enemy which he couldn't defeat and didn't have the tetsusaiga his demon blood would boil in an attempt to save it's body to from being destroyed. Unfortunatly the side effect is that most demons have no control over their simple minds, which is the case with the demon Inu-yasha.
And to prove my theory Sesshourmaru visted the tree creature/spirt to ask him about it and the tree said exactly what was mentioned above. Also Sesshourmaru later helped turn inu-yasha back to normal, even though he could have easily killed inu-yasha with since he was in control of the battle and had his toukijin. He didn't kill inu-yasha because he wasn't turly a demon and he was too easy to kill as a crazed/mindless monster.
Inu-yasha might have been demon-like, but wasn't a full-demon due to his demon-blood over flow. Basically a beserk. And he looks like inu-yasha excpet he has a stripes near the side of his face like Sess and also longer claws and big red demonic eyes.]

Just wanted you to know what is commonly mistaken by those who don't understand the story
