Why... Why did you bring this topic back? Well, for your first question, here's your answer. Your second question, um, pretty sure there isn't going to be any Tales of Symphonia anime. The news article was probably a mistake. It was supposed to refer to the in-game animation. For your third question, I bought Tales of Legendia but I haven't started it because I'm lazy.

Ha! I was right! Tales of Symphonia will have an OAV, and it will be most likely 12-13 episodes! WOOT!
