I know, you guys think a post like this is already played out. LOL I ask in need though ! I've already watched / own : Ai Aori Aoshi, Love Hina , Chobits , Enishi, Kaliedo Stage (LOL Although this technically doesnt fit in this category) also a few others. I need my fellow Otaku's help with a few more titles of this genre of anime. (Also is there a technical name for the genre?) Thank you all in advance *Bows Humbly* List any and all that you think are good!

Fruits Basket is a little bit lighter on the romance side most of the time, but was very funny and is highly rated among most people that have seen it. I'd recommend that.
Uhm...DearS. While Fruits Basket is cute and nice, DearS is ecchi and filled with more of that situational humor like Chobits(Or while I haven't seen it, I'm sure like Love Hina as well).

Basing this off of Love Hina and Chobits since I haven't seen Ai Yori Yoshi or Enishi yet.
Green Green based off the hentai game though, so it may be a bit more then you want in some regards.
Ichigo 100% 1 guy many girls = Love Hina at High school + movie making. Lots of humor.
Maburaho 1 guy 3 girls at a magic academy. Lots of comedy and contact flirting.
Shuffle! 1 guy 5 girls other planar travel/high school romance. Starts off as funny/amusing and then gets fairly dramatic. For me it really started getting good around ep 14. I hope that someday there's more to this one.
Girls Bravo may be worth a look, but I haven't finished watching this one yet so I can't fully say. So far though it's been pretty enjoyable.
Da Capo/DCSS: Magic 1 guy a couple girls. For whatever reasons this one just sucked me in. I don't know why exactly. The jump to DCSS is a bit odd, just give it 4-6 episodes and things will become clearer.
Da Capo and Shuffle! I'd say end up being more serious then Love Hina or Chobits.

Well in Shuffle! you can't really include Primula. So that makes it 4 girls and 1 guy.
I think the best way to describe series that you're looking for are and from the titles you've seen they are fandubbed as Harem anime. Some people here are offended by the term Otaku but i'm not but that doesn't mean I'd be proud of the title.
Anyways this is what I would suggest:
Tenchi Muyo - 1 guy tons of alien chicks. Its the one that basically started the genre off.
Mai-HiME - Not really your atypical romance comedy but it does have romance and comedy for Shounen title, (It is shounen right?)
Well thats all I can think of right now but i'll be sure to think up of more.
"Believe it!"

Try Martian Successor Nadesico. The love is a little one-sided on the part of one character but the the series is pretty funny.

While I agree with Ichigo's suggestion of Tenchi Muyo (the original OAV and its spin-off, Tenchi Muyo GXP) it must be stated that Tenchi HARDLY started the genre.
In fact, the series generally considered to be the originator is Urasei Yatsura which dates back to the mid-80's and is phenomeonal fun to watch. I'd also recommend looking into Tenchi Muyo's most famous (and I daresay its best) contemporary Oh! My Goddess (also referred to as Ah! My Goddess). Either the TV series which debuted recently, or the original OAV from 1992 will do. But by all means WATCH THEM BOTH and give the dubs a chance.
Kosuke Fujishima himself declared Juliet Cesario the voice of Belldandy, after all.
