Thank goodness! It must be a lot of work for the site staff, but it would be so nice to have a version which filters the articles so I know what's actually available to me. At least we all speak (nearly) the same language!
However... I have to admit that I'll be largely sticking with the .com site, simply because it's an extremely good guide to what's being licensed more generally, and what the UK might be getting sort of eighteen months down the line.

I have a suggestion, looking around. I love having an RSS feed for ANN on my firefox, and would quite like one for the UK version of this site, if the current feed doesn't already count? It's not essential, just convienient.
Oh, and what are we all doing up at nearly 3AM (assuming you're all in the UK, that is)? Other than burning midnight oil, of course.

PS: I just realised, am I the first poster on UK ANN? Um, interesting?

lol I like how they announce this when everybody in the U.K. should be sleeping. Well I guess they can wake up to a good surprise.

You say that, but there are a lot of us night-dwellers in the UK too! I get your point though =P
In all honesty I'm slightly shocked that there hasn't been one sooner! I've been using ANN for a few years now and I'm glad there's now a UK section! Huzzah!

Obviously figured you'd all be glued to your computers following the Irish vote, so as long as they got it up before the live RTE feed went off the air, they'd be right.
And boy is Fianna Fail getting hammered. Might only be one or two TD's bigger than Sinn Fein.

Nice to see a fellow Irishmen!
Speaking of which, will ANN UK also cover Republic of Ireland (RoI) events?

Ah, a UK version of ANN:D
That's great news:)
Fletcher, aye, although there is plenty of time for sleep when we're dead...or when we doze off in our chairs halfway through a marathon anime/gaming session:p

To be fair, it's not like we have a whole lot of anime news to report on that happens in Ireland...

It's nice to see ANN expanding their coverage overseas, but why is this site for only the UK? Why not cover all of Europe?
