i dont know about Kenshin, but the inuyasha credits and episode titles don't change to japanese when you switch the languages.

in my opinion, I think that the new kenshin boxed sets are better because their smaller in size, and their a lot cheaper, so get the new sets. unfortunetly I already have the bento box of the 2nd season, but plan to get the new economy boxes for seasons 1 and 3.

If you can find a good deal I would buy the old Rurouni Kenshin box sets, they are much nicer looking and I really like them. But if money is the most important factor than go with the econmoy box sets. That is why they are called economy box sets, because it is for people who don't want to spend alot.

Most discs don't have the option to change the credits from English to Japanese. . .this is done with alternate DVD angles, and among the discs I have, I know that Fruits Basket, Kodocha, and His & Her Circumstances do have the alternate angles.

Thank You Zalis116. I didn't know what angles meant on DVDs so let me add Blue Gender and DBZ Uncut Movies to your list. I know remember Blue Gender and DBZ said alternate angles and I never knew why but I did realize that when the language was changed that the intro and outro would sometimes change and the text during outro weren't in english anymore.

Personally I have to say that I like the single volumes better but if I had to choose between Bento and Brick I would pick the Brick/Economy just because it is cheaper. The Bento Boxes I believe don't have the title on the side of the box and I think, from pictures i've seen online, that the discs inside the box come in slip cases. And not the sexy slip cases like Cowboy Bebop Remix or Evangelion Platinum but the paper ones you get most of the time with computer software.

And I'll add Yu Yu Hakusho. So it looks like FUNimation likes to do the alternate angle thing.

And I'd suggest getting the economy boxes of Ruro Ken; it's the same show on the inside but it's much cheaper.
