Astro Boy DVD by Manga

I just got the DVD release of Astro Boy (Tetsuwon Atom) from Manga.

I must say the restoration of the TV series from 1980's is fantastic. Almost no color fadeout and dusts.

I noticed that Manga changed from previous statement saying it was going to be on 7 DVDs but it's on 8 with last DVD containing only 2 episodes and all the extra features.

I was reading on the booklet that it came with and this particular DVD release is ordered in US broadcast which makes plot flow better than Japanese broadcast order.

But this US DVD release is missing one episode "Astro Boy vs Atlas".

Does anyone know why this particular episode is missing from the DVD? Manga does not say anthing on this missing episode and from previous news, Manga said they will release all 52 episodes.
