I'd like to get a Subcription but Paypal eats a BIG ONE.

IS there another payment option? Or shall I be left in the Dark on New Animes?

I'm assuming you mean illegal Anime, and therefore the answer is no you can't. Don't you read the labels on fansubs that say "not for rent, buy or sale"?
