Kwaidan #4738 does not seem to be a manga. The author Jung Henin, initially Korean, moved to Belgium 1971 according to his French language website, and there is nothing mentioned about him moving away from there.

According to Dark Horse Comics, Kwaïdan was originally published in France.

Just because the story takes place in Japan isn't reason enough to call it manga, right?

And it's spelled Kwaïdan, not Kwaidan.
