Ah, Akazukin Cha Cha. I remember watching this on cartoon network Asia.
Such fond memories.
Anyway, i'm glad to see the Demon Queen from Maoyuu Maou Yuusha was voted 2nd place.

He totally does not belong on the list because he isn't an anime character...but all I could think of was Orko from He-man when I saw this week's list.

What about Chibi-Usa from Sailor Moon? Sure, she got better later on, but she was pretty useless for the majority of the third season lol.

Why was Dabura on the poll and not Piccolo?

The top 3 definitely deserve their placings. Louise and that girl from Modern Magic Made Simple were the two I thought of first for this. Great and hilarious list!

*shrug* Maybe because Piccolo gave up being a demon king?
That's my take on it anyway.

Was wondering the same. The anime takes the story in a totally different direction but she is still a complete magic bungler for the most part, hence her nickname

When I saw the title, I was hoping to see Sae mentioned in there. Glad she is. Definitely my favorite bumbling magic user.
I'm looking forward to a number of things for next season, Kin-iro Mosaic and Tamayura probably the most.

Louise isn't incompetent. It's just that her magic is so incredibly powerful and specialised that she cannot use any other magic.
She had to start learning how to use magic all over again once they realised what she was, because everything she had ever been taught wasn't applicable to her. It didn't help that there was really no one who was capable of teaching her either. Trial and error was the only way.
Sae OTOH should have been higher on the list IMO. Very powerful ... and almost incapable of using her power (at least in the original OVAs).

Voted Watamote, but Teekyuu and Monogatari weren't far behind.

Voted Monogatari S2, although it's just sitting on the top of a whole lotta gonna-watches.

Voted for "Silver Spoon," since it's about the only not-a-sequel on the list that I know anything about as yet. Once stuff starts airing, I'll set my DVR to grab whatever the local stations throw my way, then whittle it down from there.

Voted for Free! looking forward t a bit of man service mixed in with some slice of life and sport(?). Blood lad has also sparked my interest, saying that half that list has.
