Companies that change their name

I was amending the Bobobo section yesterday. The company that adapts the show is, or was, Fuse Entertainment, Inc, but recently they've changed their name to Phuuz Entertainment, Inc. I didn't want to add them as a new company because I wanted to make sure people don't think they're two companies.
