I waited for Versus13 for 6 years, I'm so happy to see it become FF15; I can't wait; it looks awesome.

I am really excited for this! I understand the people that may be frustrated, but at the end of the day, this is coming out and to me, it looks to be an enjoyable experience. Ultimately, time will tell.

After 7.5 years of waiting, I don't really care if it takes them another year or so to polish it. Im just very glad that we're getting the game (I was scared when the rumor surfaced last year that it got canned). The game looks very impressive, it better after such a long development time lol.
Would be cool if they get it out by end of next summer or so. I just hope that the game doesn't disappoint. Its very ambitious, so I hope they succeed. There is nothing worse than a big ambitious title that is unfinished or feels sloppy in many of its areas of gameplay

It looks immensely cool, but personally I like my FF battles turn based.

^ yeah, call me a traditionalist or whatever, but I much prefer turn based RPG combat. However, that won't stop me from picking this up lol

Oh wow. An FF game that you actually play instead of sitting around and mashing your most powerful spell.
And of course, the fanboys hate it because now they actually have PLAY the game instead of looking at the pretty pictures.

It's comments like these that makes me feel bad for liking action RPGs over turn-based RPGs. I mean, no real offense meant by that, but both involve different strategy. I suck at turn-based games because I can't wrap my head around the strategy like most people who play them often (mashing your most powerful spell does NOT work when it truly matters in most turn-based games). Meanwhile, I'm particularly good at action RPGs because I have good hand-eye coordination (and most action games are NOT won by just button-mashing hack-and-slash). That doesn't mean one is harder than the other. It just means I'm better with action RPGs than turn-based RPGs.
Both of them are equally valid play styles.

^ True that. If you feel lazy or just want to relax, turn-based RPGs might or not be the thing you would want to play at the moment. As opposed to action RPGs where you need to be on it and alert because you're playing real time against the enemy. We all have just differing opinions how we like our games. No need to be so mean about someone who likes turn-based better than action, or vice versa. By the end of the day, if you think you had fun, that's most important, right?
Well, I'm just babbling.
Anyways, I can't wait. I've been waiting for this since I was in high school, I can't believe we're finally seeing some actual gameplay. It was worth the wait. (I actually had a dream about it today how Squenix announced the game is going to have a dual-audio because it fits in the blu-ray disc - but of course I doubt that'll happen... *cries*)

Really? How?
I think Gears has great art design and gets what it's going for, but I mean it looks not even close to the Reality Fantasy look of this game. Looks more like FFVIII to me.

Man, I don't care if it plays like Revengeance (good controls) or Etrian Odyssey (good options)...
Just make it fun to play.
(that being said, I wasn't a big fan of Kingdom Hearts... I sort of liked the 3DS one because of the flowmotion system, but then I felt like I played all I had to play once I saw Jeff Bridges (who was not actually played by Jeff Bridges))
