hello , first post for me here , i just like to ask this question ..
i tried to search for all anime titels that got arabic alternative title , but when i check the alternative title in search , i only get english , french , spanish and all names that are in latin alphabet , arabic letters are different of course , so maybe thats why i didn't get them in the search , is there any way that i can get a list of all anime that have arabic alternative title ? thanks for the help ...... |

hmmmm ... even when i put the anime name in japanese letters , i get no results .. is there anyway , that i can search for a name in ANY language that is not written in latin Alphabet ???

The search is based on the same system that handles the automatic green-linking of words in articles. Since we don't use non-latin characters in our articles, non-latin titles (arabic & japanese) don't get indexed for searching. In other words, at present you cannot search for arabic titles. sorry.

Thanks dan ... tough luck then , ok , lets try another thing , when you open an anime title page , you can find the alternative title in that page , so , is there anywhere on the site , a place where i can view a list of ALL anime titles that there is on this site with all alternative titles in any language in the same page in it , then i can make Ctrl+F to look for what i want , it will be a very huge list of course , but this seems to be the only possible way , can i find something like this here ?

One thing you can try, is to use google search for ANN. In fact, to make this a bit easier for you, I'll make an ANN google search page. This will accept foreign character sets. Gimmie 20 minutes. -t |

thanks a lot tempest .. it worked with google but in other way ..
when i typr an rabic name or japanese name while searching ANN with google search , the IE keeps changing the encoding type so i always get strange charachteres when searching , so i made a search for the phrase "(Arabic)" and it worked , all the Anime titels that got arabic alternative titles where there ... so i can search them now easily , thanks a lot , thats much better thank searching a 14k+ titels in one page
