Yeah, anybody else notice the teacher spraying blood? Ok in FMA, not in Naruto.

I saw it. They should have shown that episode while they were showing reruns. If they say they are going to start a new season, start it off with a bang. They never do though. It's always a show with peace and flasbacks. Boring. The only excitement I got out of it was the Teacher.

Naruto isn't on Adult Swim. At this point, AS is really a separate network that occupies the same channel, and probably some of the same office space as Cartoon Network. |

Yep, besides the uncut version, [adult swim] also only shows 1 commercial break (like Japanese airing) and shorted versions of original ED, and full OP (albeit they only show the same each episode). I give [as] props for keeping as true to the original version of shows as much as possible to be shown on television. And as they move towards TVMA which was recently announced, we'll be seeing more and more. |

Naruto isn't on AS. Every thought about that? The new FMA was great. I was actually surprised when I saw that it was their teacher at the door. When I saw the big guy (her husband?) I thought it was the guy who Ed arm wrestled in the previous episode back for revenge. Whoa, Christine Auten as the teacher. I bet the execs at ADV hate Vic for this whole thing. |

In the US, yes. In Canada, no. It was pitched to Teletoon and they rejected it, and YTV seems to be having some kind of long running feud with FUNimation. So we'll probably never see it. |

Really? Oh well FUNimation sucks really. They only have a few titles that I like and the so called features on their dvds are crap compared to other companies. |

Yes, most of their titles have cruddy extras, but FMA has some great ones. Disc four came with an episode of Spiral, a music video, and a nice fat booklet in the front. |

Yeah, but haven't they had enough punishment from just the auto-mail and suit of armor? Their teacher, Izumi, is quite the...teacher. With that kind of introduction, we should expect a lot of her in the story from now on. |

Yeah, the DVDs are overall really good, in terms of packaging and menus. The one thing that I absolutely can't stand is that they force me to sit through a DBZ trailer that I could care less for. By all means Funimation, put whatever trailers for other licensced works on the disc that fit, but please put them where they belong in the 'Extras' section of the DVD. I didn't pay good money for the discs to subjected to bullshit advertising every time. |
