I was reading the Do as Infinity forum in english and i found this shocking news... The band will split up in september 30th and Tomiko Van and Owatari Ryo will persue solo carreers. Van has already her own website at Avex ( http://www.avexnet.or.jp/van/ )

This is a message found in the official japanese forum of the band:

Do As Infinity will dissolve on September 30, 2005.

A fan alone that supports it meanwhile is not done though it was an activity of about six years after it debuts in 1999. And, even if it tells it with the member and STAFF, all gratitudes to the people met can finish being not told.

We will do a separate activity in the future. Please surely expect, and
watch unique activity of members that everybody is surprised.

Thank you really for assisting in Do As Infinity.

Its not official yet, but everything points to the fact that the rumors are true.

Well it's sad to hear, but I'm not all that bummed out. They have more than enough songs as a group that I won't forget everything they've done together.

I wish each of them good luck and fortune in their soon-to-be solo paths.

Crying or Very sad This is so sad; but I wish well of Tomiko Van's solo career. I think she's one of the world's best female vocalists.

yea...its true, the band will split up, they were one of my fave bands among j pop music, its soo sad they are spilting up........
