You can look forward for it to keep you warm during the unusually harsh winter

Yeah, especially with Hiraku Kaneko's resume.

Since it's "Two" I assume a sequel

My theory is even though studios are rivals, when it comes to ecchi they try to avoid airing multiple series within the same season.
Otherwise when it's time to sell BD/DVD volumes they might kill each others sales than if it was just 1 ecchi show that would probably sell decently.
Ecchi otaku probably only invest in one boob show per season compared to moe otaku who'll buy multiple series.
In this case I'm guessing it's because Freezing Vibration is airing this Fall. I haven't seen an official source but myanimelist lists October.
Guess it'll be a good year for ecchi fans.
Spring - already had Samurai Bride
Summer - High School DxD New
Fall - Freezing Vibration
Winter - Maken-ki! Two

I really loved the first series and it is one of my all time favorites. I liked Takeru, Inaho, Haruko, Aki and Syria alot. I have watched many episodes numerous times and can't wait for the second season, but even though the team working on this is good their designs aren't as faithful to the original manga's as the ones in the first series. I haven't followed up on the manga recently, but I hope Takeru gets the opportunity to get stronger to protect the girls in his harem and stand up for his beliefs

IS 2 is a romcom, not a fap fest.
