when will there be dvds that r the original versions with english and japanese languages and original intro and endings

Check the "releases" link to your left, under the "Encyclopedia" section. If it's not there, we don't know.

Probably never, especially since the dub was edited so a hybrid release is not possible, and neither Disney nor Fox before them seem particularily interested in even releasing dub-only VHSs and DVDs for more than a few episodes.
