Not too bad, the cosplayer isn't cute enough to pull off Flandre, but the costume is really well done.

Nice cosplay. I'm wondering what kind of rig she had to use in order to wear that... (um, what is it?) on her back. Some effort went into creating it.

I like the creepy glare~ I've always wanted to play Touhou, but I could never find out how to get it. Grr. This makes me want it even more...

According to the Touhou canon, she was born in 1508 making her 503 years old this year. The "495 years" refers to how long she had been locked in the basement of her mansion.

They're not easy to find legally, although sometimes they pop up on ebay and some import sites. Of course, they are readily available through the usual legally grey p2p method. I say "legally grey" since the creator Zun has suggested that the games should not be sold to foreigners, so they may actually be the most legit way to obtain Touhou.
Regardless, I highly recommend you play Touhou, since several of the games are some of the best shooters you can find. Scarlet Weather Rhapsody / Unthinkable Natural Law is also a surprisingly well-made fighting game as well.
