I'm gonna gag if I have to read any more "taking over the world" crap trying to pass itself off as a music review. Who do you like to read, or at least, who makes you think when you read?

Lol I'm flattered but I was thinking, like, real music critics. I'm a violist.

(In Ellisville for a bit longer, but then it's San Diego for almost a month! Can't wait to get back!)

The only music reviews I usually read--aside from Sound Decision--are the reviews in the music section of The Onion a.v. club. I like them quite a bit, and I've been turned on to some fantastic music because of them. I don't know the names of any specific reviewers, but The Onion's pool of writing talent as a whole is pretty impressive. Their music review archive is here, although there's just something a little different about reading the actual printed pages at an outdoor coffee shop on a warm day. (Do you get The Onion in MO?)
