come on aniplex reboot the great series that you did awhile back ROD and this show. but i shouldn't get my hopes up for a psp fighter game though.

While I'll probably pick this up 2nd hand eventually, I played it at Jump Festa a few weeks back and it controlled TERRIBLY. Was like one of those PS1-era anime fighters.
Oh well, at least I got an awesome poster for waiting in line

/seconded! God I hope they at least do a Playstation Store download of this game even if its in the raw Japanese.... I mean its a fighter right who needs to read anything! Don't forget the released the Fate/Stay Night game, and I am sure this would have the same if not more appeal! |

Would an entire reboot be necessary? All Rurouni Kenshin really would need is the last season, and they probably could squeeze that into 26 episodes, like they did with Inuyasha. A reboot would pretty much be exactly the same, except without Dr. Gensai's two granddaughters (and the easily skippable filler).

Still a new anime, a new TV Series or OVA otherwise is been speculated. (By myself
 )
Especially with it being the 15th Anniversary of the TV Series as well as Enishi making an appearance in Saisen. |

For Japan to have produced and released this game just shows how popular and great Rurouni Kenshin is after all this years.
I really hope they do a reboot of this anime , the 2d animation sequences in the game look amazing enough to be done for a series |

Anime reboot (or at least finish the Jinchuu arc) and a PS2, PS3, XBox 360 and PSP please. LONG LIVE RUROUNI KENSHIN!!! KENSHIN SHALL REIGN THE ANIME WORLD ONCE AGAIN!!!!!!! I totally can't wait for the series to make an epic win of a return someday. =3 |

Holy f***! Took the words right out of my mouth, comrade!! I've only seen haphazard samples of the great Kenshin series, thanks to my missing the bandwagon when it originally aired in the US and for years thereafter of being scared off due to its daunting length, but Atsuko Nakajima's art style and character designs have always drawn me in, so I too would fly to the ceiling with joy if a remake of ANY sort was made. ARE YOU LISTENING, ANIMATION COMPANIES?!! You want my money? Cut the moe crap and crank this baby out yesterday!! |

I hope the game will have some new fighting cut scenes with some of that awesome new animation
 . In the trailer, they show Enishi  , so hopefully that will lead to a creation of the Jinchu arc in the anime, otherwise why would he be in the game?
