Has anyone here heard of them?
Apparently they started on Nico Nico/YouTube doing (awesome) rock covers of anime songs like Don't Say Lazy, Only My Railgun, God Knows, etc., (mostly from otaku-centric shows and songs sung by female vocalists). And now they have an actual album with Geneon. Here's their Youtube channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/moogcockbook And this is the official site for their album: http://www.geneonuniversal.jp/rondorobe/music/nagareda/index.html Their covers are REALLY good (I prefer their Don't Say Lazy to the original), so it's cool to see them actually getting a record deal from it. |
