There's no real place to talk about anything that doesn't fall strictly into one of the forum categories. Is this intentional? Most sites have an off-topic forum, is there a certain reason why this one doesn't?

If not, then topic says it all. Anime catgrin

The Community forum, where you can go if you're a subscriber, is where off topic conversation goes on. So basically you pay a small fee to talk about non-anime/manga stuff.
