The person ON/OFF (actually a music band) has a kanji family name of 坂本 (SAKAMOTO) 直弥 (Naoya).

The Wikipedia entry for 坂本直弥 and http://www.onoff-net.com/profile/ both explain that
坂本 直弥 = さかもと なおや = SAKAMOTO Naoya and
坂本 和弥 = さかもと かずや = SAKAMOTO Kazuya
are twin brothers (both born 1983-12-10) and the two band members of ON/OFF (if I understood the Japanese Wikipedia article correctly).

How should the kanji names be set in such a case? The current value is certainly wrong (with both the surname and given name in the family name entry) but I'm not sure which kind of change request I should formulate here.
(Perhaps separate entries for both persons, giving each of them their respective kanji names, and then merge these two into ON/OFF? If merging persons is still performed by anyone at ANN, that is.)

If the "person" is a group composed of 2 or more members then the kanji name certainly shouldn't be just one of them. The kanji should represent the group's name, and since the name is romanized already in this case, it's unnecessary. I don't think creating separate entries for the members is necessary either. That only needs to be done if either of them has a solo credit.

Similar issue for Garnet Crow with a

Family name (in kanji): Yuri Nakamura
GARNET CROW (ガーネット クロウ) (Wikipedia page) is the band name, and Yuri Nakamura (中村由利 (歌手)) (Wikipedia page, ANN entry) is one of the musicians there. (Perhaps set a link to Yuri Nakamura in the "About" section of the band and vice versa?)

Should that two-part band name ガーネット クロウ become the family name or the given name of this "person"?

There already was an "About" on Hirohito Furui, so I added the same one for Yuri Nakamura and Nana Azuki, and also one on Garnet Crow with the names of the members.

It should be a given name, but I see that their official site uses ガーネットクロウ without a space, so I would go with that.
