Existing credits for Green Green (TV) at ANN with source = "none" over-credited with kanji data by shirayuki led to only 4 apparent errors:

Ryou ITOU (7 staff, 1 cast for Green Green) may be a split case but at least his cast credit is a spelling error for
Ryu ITOU (伊藤龍, 10 cast)
role name "Kenichi Hiruta" is a kanji reading error for "Ken'ichi Hotta" (according to the Wikipedia page of the underlying game; I didn't check every other role name but this one had an impossible kanji reading)
Masatoshi TAKEFUJI (1 staff for Art Director Green Green) is a separate kanji reading duplicate for
Masatoshi MUTO (武藤正敏, 20 staff for Art Director; the surname should have a long "o")
Minao MATSUMOTO (1 staff for sound director in Green Green) is a strange duplicate of
Yukio MATSUMOTO (松本ゆきを)

(Hopefully) correct entries added; please hide these four entries.

Note also that one of the entry's official links is effectively dead (the domain name now belongs to a restaurant)—I've submitted an error report.
