I was curious if anybody was aware of any Anime or Manga magazines besides these listed Protoculture addicts,Otaku Usa,Shonen jump,Yen Plus Which just went out of print form and Neo.I was just curious i know its stupid to alot of people to buy Anime mags but i love reading them and i was just trying my hardest to find some more.Even Otaku Usa is Bimonthly and Protoculture addicts hasn't had an issue in almost 2 years also neo is the only one thats monthly but that is a UK mag and shonen jump is now the only manga mag that im aware of.

I don't believe so. If there was another magazine, I'd be buying it.
Otaku USA has been cutting its quality lately. They shrunk the magazine page count to a lot, lot less than what it used to be and they don't have inserts anymore. The posters could not have been that expensive to pring (licensing the image or something?) Not to mention their manga section takes up most of those few pages that are in the magazine. As much as I love reading the articles of Mike Dent, Surat, Clarissa, etc. I can't justify the six dollars as much as I used to. If they get more articles in there (like their moe thing that went on forever) then I'll happily buy the magazine as a satisfied customer. If they stick to their manga "sneak peek" thing I might stop buying it eventually. |
