I was adding the "Tenchi Muyo! War on Geminar - Part Two" BD+DVD release with the wizard, and while modifying the title I hit the return key instead of the shift key and it created the release at that point before I finished editing the title or added a number (I didn't click a button). You could also look at the corresponding 2 Part 1 titles, volume types, and volume numbers and make sure the 3 Title and Volume fields are as you want them. (You might prefer the Part number in the title instead of the volume, and you might want to change Blu-ray to BD+DVD.)

(The two URLs only differ by one character, though.) The image on the LE page was taken from the regular Part 1 Right Stuf page.
