Katsutoshi TSUNODA has been created at ANN with a kanji name of
勝敏 (KATSUTOSHI) 津野田 (Tsunoda) and "no source" for the kanji.

The romanized name order is correct as (with these kanji) Katsutoshi can only be a (male) given name and TSUNODA can only be a surname.

So the both kanji names have been contributed in the wrong order here.

The source for the most recent credit is a livedoor wiki page that confirms the complete name as 津野田勝敏.

Please hide both kanji names for Katsutoshi TSUNODA.
