Tazuko FUKUTSUCHI has a kanji name of:
Family name (in kanji): 多鶴子 (no source)
Given name (in kanji): 多鶴子 (no source)

The correct kanji name is 福土 (FUKUTSUCHI) 多鶴子 (Tazuko).
