Rumor: One Piece, Shikabane Hime, Naruto and more on Syfy?

http://www.manga.com/titles

Manga entertainment which runs the Syfy anime Monday block has both Shikabane Hime (Corpse Princess) and One Piece uncut from Funimation, as well as Naruto From Viz listed on their website. While I have no way of verifying that these are coming to Anime Monday the previous series that they licensed from Viz (Monster) is already on its second run.

Update: Seems other series have appeared on their website as well since last I checked...

Bleach, Black Blood Brothers, Busho Renkin, Death Note and The Prince of Tennis.

Are these all coming to Syfy!?

I was just going to mention those. Big Windup, Slam Dunk, xxxHolic, and other stuff there too. I think they are only embedding the videos from Hulu. Could be wrong though.

edit: in a few of the pages a admin asks people what they think of the title. So who knows. These might be shows they are thinking of getting the broadcast rights for.

Maybe on a few but I bet at least a couple of them will be coming to syfy.

That is interesting.

Something a bit more substantial is that SciFi has "Requiem from the Darkness" (AKA Hundred Stories) listed on their July schedule.

I'd love to see Hundred Stories again, and the only possible mishap could be them using the wrong name for Descendants of Darkness..

I dunno about One Piece (which is notorious for being practically cockblocked by Toei for UK release) and the Prince of Tennis but everything else has been released for Home Video by Manga UK.
