Somewhat reminds me of an episode of 24. Though, 24 is much, much more intense.
Great comic this week Robin.

LOL! There are some panels at cons that just don't belong. I want to learn how to tango but it is NOT going to be at an anime con. There needs to be some more anime/Japanese culture panels at cons, not these obscure ones that have little to do with anime/ Japanese culture. So far at Anime Boston I have yet to see any panels like these and if there are I most likely didn't notice them.
I kind of feel bad for Gracie, she's probably is doing her first panel ever and is scared to no end. Public speaking is so hard to do, but for those who speak while fighting their fear/nerviousness then more power to them.

That's really sad...
I bet I could do a better panel... even with my shyness and indescribable speech impediment...
Granted if I ever did a panel it would have to with anime in some way (fanfics)... but at least it wouldn't end up like that...
Hopefully...

I hereby demand Gracie be a recurring character! Perhaps she can redeem herself (or cause more mayhem ).

Exactly. There are two kinds folks talk about when everything is done, and that clearly falls into the second category. While Kevin's pain-aversion-senses were in the right place, he really cheated himself out of a life experience there.
In Gracie's defense, at least she ended with a bang.

I thought this week's comic was an indictment at how trying to be Moe in real life never works. I was wrong.
It was still hilarious though.

Moral of the story:
Don't let Osaka host a convention panel.

D'awww Gracie was adorable
I can't really laugh though, that'd probably be what would happen if I ever ran a panel...

This strip is awesome! I love how things go overboard and end up exploding just for the laughs. And then that line at the end. I'm still chuckling at Gracie's face in the second-last panel.
