Not surprised that its getting a second screening in KC, I went to the first one and the theater was completely full! I really wasn't expecting that at all. It's too bad the next screening is so soon, though... I don't think I'll be able to make it with finals the week after. Maybe this one will sell out again and they can have another screening in January!!

Plus: WOOHOO! Madoka is coming to Dallas. Gotta go see it, now!
Minus: Sheesh! Oak Cliff, really? How the heck am I going to match my Kyubey hat with a bulletproof vest. Terrible location. Wish they would've picked a much safer place to screen it. Maybe one of the Angelikas or the Grapevine cinemark they used when they showed Gantz.

I went to the screening in Buffalo, New York, today, and the trailer was not played after the end of the second movie.
When I asked the staff of the theater about this, they said that they received an addendum to their screening information after they were contacted and agreed to screen it that screenings after the first five would not include the trailer for the third movie.
I feel kind of ripped off now, I have seen the show like seven times and I went to the movie 90% for the trailer for the third movie and 10% for the new footage... did this happen to anyone else who has seen the Madoka movies in the meantime?
I can only speculate that the trailer was removed from further U.S. screenings after everyone and their mother recorded it with their cellphones at the first five screenings... that doesn't make me any less unhappy, though.

I don't recall seeing the trailer, either, but we didn't stay until the credits were done. Short story: it was an ordeal to even find the theatre and we lived about an hour and a half away. It was 1 AM when we left. ><
I'm sure it's on Youtube, though?
