I've been seeing two different spellings.

The Kanji in the database (金田榮路) matches the homepage link given, but I've also been seeing 金田栄二.

Initial guess would be that the character design credits belong to the former, and most/all of the animation credits to the later. Checking..

金田榮路
Aquarion

金田栄二
Case Closed
To Heart RMM
Ouran
Yugioh
Kiddy GiRL-and
etc..

So yes, the character designer for all the Aquarion titles is 金田榮路, the animation credits all look to belong to 金田栄二

On his homepage he has a works list where he claims credit for Aquarion as his only anime, plus several games (including Final Fantasy and Aquarian Age) but none of the anime that the key animator is credited for at ANN.

There are 5 Aquarion credits here

(2005) Aquarion (TV) : Original Character Design
(2005) Aquarion (TV) : Ending Illustrations (normal ED)
(2005) Aquarion (TV) : Key Animation (ep 1)
(2007) Aquarion: Wings of Betrayal (OAV) : Original Character Design
(2007) Aquarion (movie) : Original Character Design

They all should stay with 金田榮路? Including the Ending Illustrations and Key Animation credits?

Ending Illustration, yes (not seen Aquarion personally, but this usually refers to a static piece of art displayed during the ending sequence drawn by the original artist or a guest artist etc.) and his site lists this as "イメージイラストレーション" and D2_Station as "EDイラスト".

I didn't spot the key animation one earlier though, although I've certainly seen artists doing key animation they would normally appear more than once... D2_Station does credit him with key animation on episode 1 however, as does the anime staff database so it looks like it was him. Maybe he was so bad at it they didn't ask him back for the second episode? :p
