I tried reporting this through the official form but its not working.

I've been having the same issue on my Android. The pop up autoplay video ads are on every page, occasionally play sound when I open the site, and extremely intrusive.
The amount of time I spend browsing ANN has dropped considerably because of them. I basically only visit the site now if there's a specific article or review I know I want to read ahead of time. I don't browse to get news anymore because it's not worth the eyestrain of trying to actively avoid the video intrusive videos. |

Hi GracieLizzy, Sorry I somehow didn't notice your message last week. I've brought this issue up with the providers and hopefully it'll be fixed shortly.
@ThoughtlessUsername We're hoping that the video ads provide a lot more revenue than our current ads, and this will allow us to cut down on the number of network ads on the site. That said the ads absolutely are not supposed to play sound on load. Are you still having a problem with this? |
