2ch is currently listing a staff for a silver spoon (bones), rin-ne (sunrise), buyuden (jc staff) and a denpa kyoshi anime (a-1 pictures) and gin no saji is listed as a spring anime. Not 100% confirmed.

Yeah there has been a rumor for quite some time now that Silver Spoon will be getting an anime adaptation, since it does so well in sales.
Somehow I highly doubt JC Staff and Sunrise would adapt those two mangas. Last edited by danilo07 on Sat Nov 10, 2012 10:36 am; edited 1 time in total |

I'm just going to guess here and say odds are Silver spoon finally is getting an anime.
also hoping for TWGOK season 3 but I'm guessing they might just stick with OVDs given that they sell for the most part. |

If the rumor on 2ch is right then silver spoon is going to be one of the announcments. @danilo Sunrise adapted inyuasha and they don't have a anime announced for 2013 yet so it makes sense. No idea about buyuden/jc though. |

I'd not mind Rin-Ne for daft comedy shinanigins. Silver Spoon is a high hope though.

I just looked up Silver Spoon after the conversation about it and it looks very interesting. I didn't read anything yet but the premise of the story looks interesting. I really wouldn't mind seeing it as an anime. Not everyday that you see a totally idea in a manga.
Especially since it's comedy, I haven't been seeing much good comedy anime's lately. |

I'm sure Silver Spoon is going to be one of the new anime adaptations. > A series about cows
PSDT: Shonen Sunday is a Shogakukan's magazine, not Shueisha (Shonen Jump). |

Gin no Saji's anime was already announced sometime back right? Since it won the Taisho Award or something like that?
anyway, I know it won't, but I hope this gets an anime: http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=64517 |

spoiler[Gash Bell reboot dammit!]
ok thats an impossible dream... either TWGOK season 3 (though probably not as likely) or silver spoon... I was waiting to get into it when the manga got liscenced stateside, but WTH is taking it so long?! you think something made by the creator of FMA and about friggin cows would get over here sooner... A grammatical error but very correct - Silver Spoon is totally idea without execution. Action to reaction jokes, slapstick, country mouse/city mouse humor but also more details regarding farming than plot. Is it any good? I have no idea; There've been activity arcs, we haven't gotten to any character arcs {the best part of SoL shows}. Yet. I'd make comparisions on the limited characters models between Siver Spoon and Fullmetal Alchemist but I think Hero Tales has already done that. An anime? Saleswise, sure but contentwise, it's still pretty hollow. Rin-Ne? It's Takahashi, it's a given. It's too late but I wouldn't hate an Onidere anime. When I saw the article, Rin-ne was the first series that came to mind. Still, it doesn't strike me as ending up as a long-running anime like Ranma 1/2 or Inuyasha, though I could be wrong.
It would be nice to see a Silver Spoon adaptation as well. |
