Boo to no mention of my personal fave Good Witch of the West. But it's nice to hear Tactics is continuing.

I wonder if they're going to have problems with that Croquis title since Yen Press is also releasing a comic called Croquis Pop.

I enjoyed the Scrapped Princess novels, particularly in how it expands on the world and mythos in ways the anime could not. It's a shame they look to be permanently backburned.

That was my thought as well! Glad I'm not the only one. :3 I was worried we'd never see volume 3, so I'm definitely excited.

Voice or Noise is one of those titles I'm perpetually sitting on the fence about. It's been in my Amazon wishlist like, forever. You two recommend, obviously?

And hey, I had no clue there was more You Will Drown in Love to be had! That was a pleasant surprise as I really enjoyed those first 2 You Will Fall/Drown in Love books.

Lastly, I'm glad they'll be going back to better quality paper. It kind of sucked to be able to see the images on the next page through the one you're reading at the moment.

I can confirm that the switch back to heavier paper has been made, with the long-awaited volume 6 of VB Rose (my bookstore got it a week early!) matching the first five books. No more see-through pages here!

Well, while I'm thrilled that Aria seems to be back on track, I am still very concerned about it since there's still 7 more to go after this one, and if they've been having this much trouble keeping it going, I worry whether they'll ever finish it.

I'd also recommend Voice or Noise. It's not very heavy, just an interesting story of two people growing up and getting over their problems together. I got vol.3 long ago, back when I learned there was a vol.3, but I am excited that I'll be able to add the English version to my collection. It was a very good volume, mixing things up and adding in more drama.

Won't be buying the You Will Drown in Love 2 book when it comes out. You Will Fall in Love was all right, but Drown is just a collection of a lot of things I don't like about BL manga. Good on Blu for finishing the series though.

I didn't know You Will Drown in Love had a second volume (especially since it was a second volume to You Will Fall in Love). Hm.

And it's about damn time they announced a release date for Voice or Noise 3. The website hasn't been updated in months.

And it's nice to see another Hinako Takanaga title get licensed, even if it is a one-shot (and not a license rescue of a certain DramaQueen license).

EDIT:

Oh, yeah, and I'm happy to see Suppli wasn't dropped, after all. It has its flaws, but it's still the best Josei title anyone's put out in a good while.

But there's still no news on the Kino no Tabi novels. I wonder if we'll ever find out what's going on there. [/i]

They've said a number of times that there's a problem with the licensor and the series will not be continuing.

I kinda wish they had said something about the status of the Gothic and Lolita bibles :/ It feels like its been forever since they put one out and there's no new release dates.

I understand that since the manga is their 1st priority, and I guess the Lolita bibles are for a pretty niche group and probably don't sell too terribly well

but still :/ I'd like some closure if they're not continuing with it
