I wonder if Sunrise is going to have any thing to do with this or not. Don't they hold the copy right? I'm not sure how that works.

I'm pretty sure that they have to, by way of legalities.

Plus, you know, Gundam is Sunrise's bread and butter. I don't think it's like Angel Heart where it was produced by somebody else completely.

Written and directed by Tomino, eh? That can either be very, very good or quite bad.

I'll be optimistic, though. I want to see it!

Thats what I was thinking. And, unlike City Hunter, Gundam is a Sunrise original.

Aren't City Hunter and Angle Heart two completely deferent manga and the author just decided to use some of the same characters and story from City Hunter in Angle Heart. I haven't had the pleasure of seeing the last two seasons or the last TV special of City Hunter and I've never read the manga but, I was under the impression that Angle Heart was more of a "what if" scenario rather then a continuation. Almost like an alternate universe sequel.
