Good link, though I don't agree with alot of what the author is saying (and think that most people here would as well). I would recommend a newcomer to Urasawa to simply read on of his mangas rather than looking at this article for reference. It's definitally arguable that Urasawa is the greatest manga-ka of this generation, and he clearly is one of the most accliamed.
Here is another link for a site about his current series 20th Century Boys. The guide is insanely indepth, and is a must read for any 20CB fan, or someone just interested in the manga.http://www.classicmanga.com/20thcenturyboys/
