I'd like to add the credits for the erogame designer 聖少女, but before I do I need to know what romanization I should use—"Sei Shōjo" (which follows the current Encyclopedia guidelines), "Sei Shoujo" (used occasionally), or "Sei Shoujyo" (which was rendered "Seishoujyo" for an art book of his work)? Also, should I render it as one or two names (personal only, or personal/family)?

Use "Seishoujyo" for given name ONLY as it is on the cover; it is regarded as a single word and not as given + family names. Use the official romanization when one is available, regardless of "standard" rules e.g. Tenjho Tenge.
