Maria-sama ga Miteru 4th Season

I noticed that the 4th season of Maria-sama ga Miteru is listed as (TV 4). Wasn't one of the seasons an OAV series, so shouldn't this be (TV 3)? Also, why even list a number after "TV" if it already says "4th Season" in the title?

Because it was not certain whether "4th Season" would be part of the official title or not when the new season was announced. I've taken "TV 4" off.
