Didn't you ask this question two weeks ago? There hasn't been much of any information released about the dub yet, period, so any talk of release dates in any English language markets are really just, at best, educated guesses.

As for the question on Howl's, Madman licensed it recently and are aiming for a widespread cinema release (Hoyts, Greater Union etc, not just Arthouse I dont think), probably as soon as Disney release it in the states, dubbed in theatres. Also, you asked this question before.

We had the Studio Ghibli Showcase about a month ago, touring through various major cities (included all films except Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, and Grave of the Fireflies). Spriggan will be on TV next month, plus CN airs about 3 different titles every 6 or so months (not that great, to be honest). We've had various cult anime (such as Wings of Hominaise, Ninja Scroll, Patlabor, Akira, etc) aired on TV, and possibly Spirited Away and the Bebop movie later on.

We also have Madman Ent (who organized the Ghibli Showcase) who owns the Australian license to all Ghibli films on DVD, and license shows from Sunrise, ADV, Gonzo, FUNimation etc. They release anywhere from 20-30 DVDs per month for Anime alone.

So yeah, we get our fair share.
