I'm looking for some good J-Rock songs. I want something that sounds like Asian Kung Fu Generation and L'Arc~En~Ciel but I've only heard few songs by them also. So please include the artist and the song, you can also include songs by l'arc and AKFG. Thanks.

I don't know either of those bands (I'm not really a part of anime culture), but apparently you like punk rock, so I'll recommend Melt-Banana. Except it's punk that's played so fast it starts to sound like techno. Fastest band in the world. Until I bought their album (which has a lyrics insert), I couldn't tell if Yasuko was singing in English or Japanese. Said record, by the way, is very fun to play at 78 RPM. Free the Bee and Lost in Mirror are my two favorite songs by them, and they also did a rockin' cover of Surfin' USA.

BTW, the former drummer of Melt-Banana, a guy by the name of Dave Witte, FREAKING RULES. One of the best technical drummers I've heard that doesn't bore you with "Look how good I am!" All metalheads will know Witte from the band Burnt By The Sun, but I digress...
JRock...if you like L~Arc, I'd suggest Luna Sea, B'z, possibly The Pillows or Kagrra and maybekindasorta X-Japan. I'd definitely recommend the first two based on who you said you liked, but the other three might be a reach for you. They tangent into the rock/pop area now and then, but mostly stay to the rock side of things.

For very hard jrock, I recommend Dir en grey, kagerou, and Gazette, and SID.
For some mild rock, try some Kra, Janne Da Arc, Glay, and Pierrot.
And for not so hard rock and kinda soft, try baroque. :)
