Star Ocean 2 is one of my favourite games of all time. I am wondering, in the descritpion it says they investigate the sorcery globe. Well, thats what they do in the game. Is the anime pretty much have the same events that the game does, if so, that owuld be so cool!

Actually, the predictability of knowing exactly where the anime is going to go is one of the several flaws Star Ocean EX has. While it is/was a nice concept, it follows so closely to the game that it almost makes it something I don't want to "watch" again. Since it's just a retelling of the same story, it isn't quite so interesting. If it had been just an original story or something, it might have been worthwhile.

Well you are correct in that the anime definitely sticks to Claude and co. investigating the sorcery globe. Since I haven't played the game personally I have seen the anime and it's quite alright. Ashton is definitely one of the most likeable characters!

You ever find it odd that not one of the villagers et. al. seemed to care about the dragons on his back. It seemed to be pretty noticable. |

Well now that you mention it I guess it is sort of odd for them not to notice two dragons sticking out of his back but then again the world that Rena lives in is a world of fantasy. Basically anything goes. After all you have a "sorcery globe" wreaking havoc on the world, the 'kuuhazan' and odd creatures so I guess to the people it was just "Oh just another man with dragons on his back"
