I wonder how this will turn out...as the series is currently ongoing. Hope it's something unique rather than fan-service tbh.

The simulcast looks like it was created from or for a game format so this marketing ploy fits like hand in glove. If I like the series enough I may spring for the game, even though I'm not a gamer or own a player module, just to physically have the OVA. And I can always gift the game to a niece or nephew or, in true collector fashion, do absolutely nothing with it. Keep it in shrinkwrap packaging forever and hope in 50 years it becomes a collectible...LOL.
