Ah, that's right, I knew one of his names had "Sakura" in it but couldn't remember the other word. I completely forgot about his Sword Magess account. It doesn't really bother me that he uses different accounts, but I do have difficulty keeping track of them. |

He's secretly an alien hive-mind with five different souls that has taken over the mind of an Anime-obsessed boy called Justin Bailey. That's what my money is on. |

Here's all I remember about it:
It's about a young girl and her two friends. She also has a brother. She has a talking cat I THINK magic is somehow involved. The episode I remember the most is during a summer heat wave, the main character goes to the beach with her friends, some stuff happens and at the end she kisses her parents on the cheeks to work some magic or something. The ending sequence is the three girls playing some instruments as the credits roll. I know this is vague as all get-up, but damn if I can remember it. Thank you for your help. |

Could be Ultra Maniac. Not 100% sure though.

@ZorgonXtreme: You're thinking of Kamichu! The episode you're thinking of specifically is Lovers of the Sun, where Yurie kisses her parents on the forehead so they can see the now-abandoned beach house as it was when they were teenagers.

That's it! Thank you very much. ANd yeah, I know, I know... Honestly, I'd forgotten I'd made this account. It's only because the site told me my email had already been used did I remember. I might just start posting more, now that I have it. |

I have a personal Question which I know can clear up some peoples confusion.
I was curious about All the different type of licenses.... Like... Is it the Home Video License that allows the Company to Dub a anime at their own will or what is the right one? |

While sometimes there are limits on if a title can be dubbed, if it can or cannot have the Japanese language track, if the subtitles can/cannot be removed from the Japanese language track, etc, those are usually parts of the specific contract, not a type of license.
Generally, the 3 types of licenses (which may or may not be a package deal) are home video (DVD/BD, which may or may not be separate), broadcast (for [adult swim] or other TV outlets), and streaming (lately, it seems most licenses have either include streaming, or come first, with video release later). |
