I think if this was a problem one of the resident authorities would have acted.

Adult Swim shows anime. Everyone associated with Adult Swim, including fans, are considered family. One of the [as] family has passed away. We must all mourn.

Didn't mean to imply it was a problem. It was a valid question, I think.

Good point. Thanks for answering my question.

One of the reasons I've heard for this is that it mocks what typically happens in a sitcom when a character is replaced by another actor. Not sure if it's the reason, though.
And regarding Harry Goz, he was such a great talent. He made Captain Murphey one of the, if not the most most memorable character on the show. He taught us about koala bears crapping rainbows in our brains, and about those jerks from Pod 6. He'll definitely be missed.
[May he go with Alvin]

I suppose, but it seemed unecessary. I may have mistaken it for a rhetorical question intending to mark the thread as not being acceptably appropros.
In any case, the upcoming season of Sealab 2021 was recorded prior to his death. I believe it is thirteen episodes long, although it may have been increased to twenty-six at some point.
