My first impression is that it is spoiler[Satsuki Miyanoshita from Ghost Stories]. Isn't that the same person as your avatar though, which makes me wonder if I got it right (using the same character as your avatar seems too easy).

I actually forgot about my avatar, sorry. I use Adblock Plus to block avatars in the forums and I have not seen mine in years. |

Because there are, or at least were, too many of them that I consider to be annoying. It has been a long time since I started blocking them. I do see those that are not hosted on ANN*, including yours. *At least I assume that is why I see a few. I never bothered to investigate. |

Did you have a crap internet connection back then? ANN's avatar rules are extremely limiting compared to other sites too.

It has been a few years, but a slow connection may have been a factor. More recently it is just that I had grown accustomed to not seeing avatars and never bothered to change it. But, I just now found the filter rule and disabled it, so I am now seeing the avatars. I do not want anybody to feel offended because he thinks that I am blocking his avatar. |

Given the surfeit of users here, especially compared to other anime websites, I think their small-avatar policy makes perfect sense. |
