That's true because although the TOE kickstarter is over they still answer messages sent to them.

I take this to mean the backers who updated their pledges and any new backer who pledged with the hopes of getting the figure is going to have to spend additional money to get it. This new information plus the fact that the printed materials may not be translated solidifies my feelings that the additional $350K stretch goal does not offer much.
