Please not Fairy Tail! That show is TOO LONG. I watched a fair chunk of it a long time ago and dropped it because it's so long.

My predictions: Lupin III Part 6, Vinland Saga, the new Heroic Legend of Arslan, both seasons of Last Exile, Demon Slayer season 2 (if they can smooth things out with Sony), Yashahime season 2, another season of Fena: Pirate Princess (the first season left so many loose ends), Monster, El Cazador de la Bruja, Madlax, Noir, Revolutionary Girl Utena (long shot, I know), The Book of Bantorra

Gonna be honest. I'm surprised no one guessed Gen:Lock Season 2, which has already premiered on HBO Max. It wouldn't shock me if they let Toonami begin airing them now that the entire 8 episode season is already out on HBO Max.

No joke, gen:Lock season 2 was so bad its Reddit actively told people to watch Eighty Six instead. They could air it if it was inexpensive, but it is not a production that is likely to get a lot of eyes.

As for their strategy, I remember when Toonami came back in 2012 that the original plan was not to announce premiere shows so people had to show up to watch them on Toonami instead of seeking them out online. Given DeMarco’s noted disdain for streaming, I think this is a similar strategy to try to make Toonami appointment television.

They'd have more success trying to get Roosterteeth to give them a broadcast edit of RWBY. At least with that, people could get angry at their wasted time instead of completely hollow.

You know that both Last Exile (season 1) and Monster already aired on Toonami years ago. Unless they kept the air rights on these series, they should not waste their precious money on old shows that they already aired.

Also, about Fena, I personally feel they should not invest in anime development, which breaks the bank and they do not get to keep air rights in perpetuity.

I see what you did with girls-and-guns anime trio there, LOL!

Neither one of those shows ever aired on [as]/Toonami. Monster was on SyFy's Ani-Monday block. Last Exile was...maybe G4 way back in the day?

I admittedly don't know anything about the Sony/adult swim conflict, but let me ask this question, because I'm interested in hearing people's thoughts. Is there anything that indicates whatever conflict there was hasn't already been resolved? After all Sony owns Funimation now, and Assassination Classroom is a Sony/Funimation dub. The same thing applies with Attack on Titan.

So the next show is Maiden Abyss. AKA the one show about inflicting torture porn on an underage girl.
Does Demarco seriously not know what "moe" means, and how that's the opposite of what Toonami viewers want to see?
