About time! Defamation of a popular franchise is never a good thing, and plus PETA has ticked off so many people because of this, I just hope they get what they deserve...

They didn't do much about the Mario one because it was only one offense. But if PETA is gonna keep doing crap like this, of course Nintendo is going to start getting annoyed.

What. Sony and Microsoft don't have any direct competitors to Mario or Pokemon - and even if they did, they'd know better than to waste money on PETA.

The funny thing is Nintendo and Pokemon company had a commercial in the form of a mock campaign for Pokemon that were stolen in the Pokemon Colloseum game like... 8 years ago I think? The only difference is that the message then made WAY more sense than whatever the hell PETA is thinking.
I mean, dub or Japanese, you only need to watch one episode of that show to know that Ash never made Pikachu go into his Pokeball. And the only time I recalled him doing so (but failed) was to protect his Pokemon from a snowstorm. |
