But will it keep the not-quite-standard-English title?

The other project is an untitled film focused on private colonization of the moon.
The Next Continent?

I'm still torn on this. All You Need is Kill is definitely a fit for a Hollywood adaptation, and The Bourne Identity was a rather good film, but conversely Mr and Mrs Smith was an incredible bad film, and the 'all American cast' doesn't sound like a good sign.

Only got through part of the book, but the nationality of the characters doesn't really impact the story.

@edzieba

There's nothing to worry about, as I'm sure hollywood has learned valuable lessons from that Dragonball movie. Choose the right japanese material carefully.

This adaption should go smoothly, and we should see it before CB and Battle Angel appear. Doesn't matter if it has any japanese actors, while some fans might prefer that. As for judging the director on Mr and Mrs Smith, that's harsh. That film was always a Jolie/Pitt vehicle and little else, while banking on the overused american obsession with trying to outdo James Bond.

Will look forward to seeing AYNIK.
