This place sounds absolutely heavenly. If I ever get a chance I'll have to visit place like this at least once, as an aspiring comic book artist. . :3

God knows their industry needs it. Nice idea. Wish we could see more stuff like this in the west. Maybe then we'd get less pop anime fan art and more actually stories told.

wish there was more art centers in the US in general....
as for the idea, its cool except its to expensive in the long run and art doesnt take an hour to finish, sometimes not even 6. so 5$ an hour just to sit some place (since you still need to buy your supplies, libraries are much cheaper if you want photoshop) and use their markers.
unless its 5$ an hour for the lectures/workshops? then I'd love the place!

This is a fantastic idea - I hope he prospers, and nurtures a ton of new mangakas.
